Creative Studio App from Nokia

                      A new Creative Studios app has been released for Nokia Lumia handsets. With this, it seems like the Finnish manufacturer has a lot in its bag for the Windows Phone range and photography enthusiasts using these devices.

                   The application is designed to edit and add effects to images while they are being clicked, rather than later. Currently, the software release is expected to be compatible with the Lumia 710 and 800, and should soon roll out for the 900 as well. Equipped with a Live Styles feature, the new app can add live effects to any photo to be captured through the phone’s viewfinder. Options in this category include Cartoon, Color, Silkscreen, Dreamy and more.


                 “Traditionally, you take a photo and perform any edits to the photo afterwards. Not anymore. Creative Studio by Nokia transforms the way you take photos on your Nokia Lumia 710, Nokia Lumia 800 and the soon to be shipped Nokia Lumia 900 by adding special effects to the photo, before you’ve even taken that perfect shot. Created by Nokia, Creative Studio transforms standard photos into something extra special, with ease,” says a post on the official Nokia Conversations blog.

                  Although images can be embellished with effects as they’re being captured, users also have an option of adding them after the pictures have been clicked. The list includes labels like Flawless skin, Watercolor and Back to ’76 among various others. Another attribute of this app is the Face Warps feature with fireworks such as Pinocchio, Super chin, Dweeb, Alien and so on.
