Google sharpens its memory (perfect use of new privacy policy)

You all have seen the notice from Google regarding the new privacy policy. They have intimated each and every user via their products youtube, gmail, their homepage etc... Now as they intimated in their new privacy policy, they have started to make use of the data from its different servers. Yes, they are getting the users browsing data from all their products and making a play out of it.
If you have the "Web History" feature of Google Search turned on, Google can collect information about your browsing activity, including pages you visit and searches on Google, your search results, personal results, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language and more unique identifiers.

Google has added a bunch of features like places and flight information to its iOS and Android search homepage over the past months, and today there's a new one: recent search results. It may look like a boring old web history, but it actually more than that. If you search for a restaurant or other venue on your computer when signed into your account, you'll see a "recent" tab on the Google homepage on your phone that will show you that last search. The think is that you can check your phone if you forget the restaurant you were planning to go to after you leave the house and even if you didn't write down the name, phone number, or address.

According to the Google's privacy FAQ, "Web History uses the information from your web history or other information you provide us to improve your Google experience across many of our products, such as by improving the quality of your search results and providing recommendations"

Thus google had made a perfect use of its new privacy policy...
